I like this new franchise. The food is consistent and there are some tasty pastries. I think they’ll continue to improve, there are only a few locations so far. The staff aren’t generally aware of any special offers or coupons that are being advertised. But the app works well. I don’t speak Spanish but am always able to order with one of the staff, I haven’t felt any barriers to being a customer over language

What's the sense of adding sugar if you're not going to mix it up and just leave it on the bottom of the cup.

Nice little place to get some good cakes. Last time I went was for a birthday cake but I left wanting to try all the cheesecakes they had on display. Huge selection of stuff to choose from.

My friend brought me here to try the Cuban baked goods. We got Cuban coffee, a sampler plate of baked good, and a Cuban sandwich. Everything we got were delicious. I will have to come back again and try other items in the store.

This location in specific, absolutely love. The food always good and fresh. The service is amazing everyone who works there are super nice. Will definitely continue going to this location.

Went in very early and was happy to see that they were open. I ordered the breakfast special which includes scrambled eggs, bacon, tostada (buttered cuban bread) and cafe con leche, for 9.99. Also comes with fries but I didn’t want that. This is literally the best breakfast deal in town. I swear it looked like I had a pound of scrambled eggs in the container. All delicious and piping hot. Will definitely return!

Awesome breakfast with the eggs exactly like they were ordered. The pastries were fresh, exceptional attentive attention provided. The store was well stoked. They have a delicious variety of empanadas and deserts. I for sure will return with family and friends.

Wow, this place is excellent! CAO so tasty and so rea$onable! Great coffee, snacks to complete dinners but so far, at least the Hallandale location near Dixie, is phenomenal. The best part is the service, especially Marisol A. She was efficient, polite and very proud of the service she gave...like if you pulled up to her house. Cortadito, sandwichito, pastelito... todo rico!

Everytime I go to this store pick up food delivery and the lobby is closed, I've to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Why don't you have a pick up window for delivery drivers because sometimes the order is ready but you sit in the drive thru for almost an hour just to pick up. Terrible management.

Absolutely love Cao Bakery! This Cuban bakery is a must-visit. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The pastries are delicious, the Cuban bread is on point, and the desserts are next level.
